With decades of experience in the industry, we’ve built a stimulating work environment of talented individuals across different disciplines. Our designers are encouraged to be multi-disciplinary. Our approach is dialogue based, and we collaborate with each other and our clients to arrive at the best outcomes.

We are a group of people who believe in designing experiences that are purposeful, sustainable and delightful. We have an amazing work-life balance, where our weekends are free to play and explore. Our studio is located in the vibrant Indiranagar neighbourhood of Bengaluru, where you’ll find us enjoying gelato, getting lost in escape rooms or bar-hopping after work.

Design is at the heart of all things at Lucid. We’ve designed our own studio space, including the furniture. Friday afternoons are all about design sprints, binging design films and eating pizza. We take a couple of team getaways each year to unwind and relax. Also interesting to know is that over 65% of our team are women.

  • Have experience in the fields of Brand Identity, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, and Packaging. (Knowledge of Product Design, Environment Design and Films is a bonus.)
  • Have the ability to create high quality deliverables personally or working with the team across strategy, design, and innovation to deliver best in class results.
  • Have experience in conducting research and acquiring and presenting information in order to complete projects.
  • Have the ability to work on projects in Creative Cloud Suite, Office, UI/UX specific software. (3D software and motion graphics software is a bonus.)
  • Be aware of the latest design trends, methodologies and best practices.
  • Build striking presentations and have the ability to present them with experience and conviction to the client.

  • Internships available for Graphic, UX/UI, Product Designers and Business Developers.
  • We offer internships from 2-6 months.
  • Our interns work on live projects or a self initiated project, working closely with the team.
  • We see internships as a great way to get new perspectives and influences to our teams, but also as an opportunity to get to know new talent and see if they fit into our organization.
  • We’re looking for motivated team players with a positive attitude, and expect that applicants have finished or are in the latter stage of their education and/or can show examples of relevant working experience on an internship level.
